Knuckleball


Campers enjoy the new knuckleball table at the Program Pavilion at Sea Gull.

  1. i remember playing hours and hours of knuckleball when i was a camper at camp morehead! happy to see that it's finally made it up to seagull after all these years!

  2. Funny you would mention that. This table was actually donated to Sea Gull by a former Camp Morehead camper. After this summer, I think we have no choice but to build several more!

  5. I was just commenting on knuckleball and and Camp Moorehead. Please post blueprints. Would love to share this game with a new generation of kids. I still have two the original pins from Camp Moorehead.

  6. In around 1948 to 1953, my first of 16 summers at CM, I was among the original handful of campers who knocked off the back stop board of what was originally a bowling game, used the pins as mallets, and thus knuckleball began
    I am now 86.
    I was blessed with the privilege of fishing and duck and quail hunting with Cap'n Purcell, one of the most interesting, fun men U ever knew
